Our story begins on the fields where several hemp varieties are cultivated by our contracted suppliers in a pollution free, clean environment and in compliance with Good Agricultural and Collection Practices (GACP). The plants are grown without pesticides and the biomass is harvested using high efficiency and environmentally friendly techniques. The farms are characterized as having clean air and moderate temperatures. A perfect environment for hemp cultivation. Drying and milling of harvested biomass is performed on-site.
GACP certified dried hemp biomass is then introduced into a supercritical CO2 extraction system, which produces raw extracts that contain phytocannabinoids, terpenes and other plant-derived biomolecules. Our R&D department optimised conditions of CO2 extraction process. That’s why we get products with high yields in terms of cannabinoid potency.
Alternatively, we use alcohol extraction to produce isolated forms of phytocannabinoids such as cannabidiol (CBD), cannabinol (CBN) and cannabigerol (CBG).
The raw extracts can be further processed in order to get rid of undesired components such as waxes and chlorophyll. The purification includes dewaxing with ethanol and distillation process. We also perform decarboxylation when neutral forms of cannabinoids in extracts are desired.
The production of finished products is a next step in our process. We produce a broad range of traditional and innovative products providing a healthier everyday life for everyone. These include a variety of CBD oils and pastes, water-soluble emulsion systems such as creams and serums and various forms of food supplements.
Over the last decade we have developed a number of different products, from simple oil formulations infused with CBD and other cannabinoids to complex emulsion systems like creams and serums, capsules, water-soluble powders of otherwise lipophilic ingredients such as hemp extracts and many more.
We are constantly assessing the efficacy and safety of hemp-derived products by participation in clinical and research studies. The collaboration with renowned national and international institutions is an on-going process as we are fully aware that there are many potentials of CBD that are still out there to be discovered.
