Laboratory Services

For sufficient quality control that is fast and reliable at the same time, an in-house analytical laboratory is a must. Therefore, we established PharmaHemp Laboratories® back in 2016.

PharmaHemp Laboratories perform the laboratory testing of cannabis and cannabis-derived products for growers, producers, and consumers.

Laboratory analyses are performed in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard.

The peculiarity of cannabis plants is the presence of cannabinoids – the terpenophenolic compounds that are concentrated in resin produced in microscopic hairy structures known as glandular trichomes.

Using state-of-the-art analytical techniques, we quantitatively determine 16 major cannabinoids (CBD, CBDA, Δ⁹-THC, Δ⁹-THCA, CBG, CBGA, CBDV, THCV, CBC, CBL, Δ⁸-THC, CBN, CBE, CBNV, CBCA, CBT) in plant materials and in various cannabis-derived products.

Apart from phytocannabinoid potency testing, we also perform regular third-party testing of other important parameters. These include the analysis of heavy metals, microbiology along with mycotoxins, pesticides, PAHs, dioxins, and terpenes in accredited laboratories Neotron, Eurofins, National laboratory of Health, Environment and Food and Metrological and Testing Laboratory UCT Prague.

Regulatory Support

We offer a full customer support in terms of regulatory compliance for all our products and customers. This includes:

Legal status of selected ingredients within the development process of a custom formulation which is performed in collaboration with our R&D department,
Registration and certification of finished products,
Preparation of legally required documentation such as Product Information Files (PIFs) for cosmetics, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Product specifications, Traceability Flowcharts, etc.
